I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, and couples. I graduated from the University of Washington School of Social Work in 1995. 

Before entering private practice, I  worked in the community with frail elders, developmentally disabled adults, and homeless populations in downtown Seattle.  This work included developing a nationally recognized outreach and engagement program for the vulnerable, homeless adults struggling with mental illness.  

My extensive training and experience bring a depth of understanding and effectiveness to helping you achieve your goals. My empathy and non-judgment will allow us to develop a trusting relationship which is fundamental for achieving healing and growth.

I have studied a numerous approaches to therapy and I will use them as needed in our work together. I am a member of the Washington State Society of Clinical Social Workers and the Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study.
